Take one soft chew 3 times a day, half an hour before a meal, followed by a large glass of water (250 ml). Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking in people with swallowing difficulties.
During a five-week observation period, there was statistically significant weight reduction in healthy overweight subjects taking a glucomannan supplement in combination with an energy-restricted diet, which was not observed in the placebo group.
